In her program, Barb talks about not letting adversity get in the way of achievement; she encourages attendees to reflect on personal feelings and judgments toward a given situation.
“Barb Frye gave an outstanding presentation at our Annual Administrative Assistant Day Event. If you weren't feeling motivated before the presentation, you surely were after her talk on her traumatic life changing experience. It taught me that when I think I'm having ‘A Bad Day’ I'm probably not. The bonus with Barb is how funny she is about the whole situation. Barb is someone that when you walk into a room and meet her, you feel like you have known her your whole life!”
